The street closures on the East side of town may impact your drive in and access to certain parking areas may not be available From the West: I-10 East to Smith Street From the East: I-10 West to Fannin or I-45 North to Scott St/St. Joseph s Pkwy From the South: I-69 North to West Gray / Pease Street or 59 Spur to Louisiana From the North: I-69 South to Jackson Street
