3 3.5 RFD Awarding of TR , Holowachuk Estates, 88 th Avenue, and Range Road 143 Base and Pave; Thompson declared a pecuniary interest due to his personal business interests and recused himself from Council Chambers at 10:39 a.m Motion by Haymour to award Tender TR Holowachuk Estates, 88 th Avenue, and Range Road 143 to Knelsen Sand and Gravel at a cost of $2,236, plus GST, which reflects option 1 of County supplied gravel, from the tender package. Olson declared a pecuniary interest due to his residency on Township Road 684A and recused himself from Council Chambers at 10:46 a.m. 3.6 RFD Awarding of TR , Township Road 684A; Motion by Phillips to award Tender TR Township Road 684A to Location Cats at a cost of $565, plus GST. 5 3.4 11:30 a.m. Tender Opening TR Old Trail; Mr. Mark Edwards, representing Opus Stewart Weir, Ms. Helen Wells, Transportation Services Coordinator, and Mr. Ali Memon, Development Engineer, were present to open the tenders for Old Trail. The unofficial results are as follows: Option A County Option B Ledcor Alberta $15,289, $18,267, Richardson Brothers $19,987, $22,799, Mayor Moghrabi called a recess at 11:47 a.m. The consulting engineer and Public Works personnel remained in Chambers and reviewed the submission of Knelsen Sand and Gravel Limited to account for bid reductions received by fax following submission of the official bid package. Mayor Moghrabi reconvened the meeting at 11:51 a.m. with all those :30 a.m. Tender Opening TR Old Trail; Knelsen Sand and Gravel Option A County Option B $14,287, ,613, Mayor Moghrabi called a recess at 11:54 a.m. The consulting engineer and Public Works personnel remained in Council Chambers and reviewed the submission of Wapiti Gravel Suppliers to account for bid reductions received by fax following submission of the bid package.
