Rural Housing Authority CDBG First Quarter Report: Low participation by property owners; over a million dollars in grant funds available through March Land Conservation: Positive turnout at Nemadji Watershed open house. Farmland Preservation Plan town edits due end of June. Allouez Bay closures to keep water fowl and carp out to help restore twenty-five acres. Surveyor: Continuing remonumentation work. Land Records: Pictometry deliverables received; LiDAR will arrive in six weeks. Assisting with system upgrades and town-wide re-signing project. Real Property Lister: Deeds continuing to be processed. Register of Deeds Retained Fees Account: Report distributed; 624 documents recorded in April. INFORMATIONAL ITEMS: Livestock Operations Study Group Update: CAFO ordinance to go to County Board this month if approved; group has completed essential tasks.
