1 ROUTINE BUSINESS ITEMS: MONTEVIDEO PUBLIC SCHOOLS REGULAR SCHOOL BOARD MEETING June 8, :00 p.m. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance: A regular meeting of the board of education was called to order by Chairman Balken at 6:04 p.m. on June 8, Roll Call: Present were: Balken, VanRavenswaay, Helgeson, Kluver and Kubista. Member absent was Stenson. Others present were Superintendent Heller, Principal Bergeson, Principal Schroeder and Principal Grey. Approval of Agenda: Motion by Mrs. Kluver and seconded by Mr. VanRavenswaay to approve the agenda as printed. Motion carried. ACTION ITEMS; Student Fees & Charges: Motion by Mr. VanRavenswaay and seconded by Mr. Kubista to set the Student Fees & Charges for school year as presented. Motion carried. Staff Payroll Deductions: Motion by Mr. VanRavenswaay and seconded by Mr. Helgeson to approve the list of members who will have salary deductions for absences not covered in the Master Agreement, as presented. Motion carried. Resolution for Membership in the Minnesota State High School League: Motion by Mr. Kubista and seconded by Mr. Helgeson to adopt a resolution renewing the high school s membership in the Minnesota State High School League. Motion carried. Approval of 2015 Pay 2016 Health & Safety Budget Summary: Approval of Health and Safety Application and Policy 807 Health & Safety: Motion by Mr. Kubista and seconded by Mrs. Kluver to approve the 2015 Pay 2016 Health & Safety Budget summary and Policy 807 Health & Safety.
