Mr. Clardy said that pursuant to the recomraendation of the District's nsurance Adviser, we took taids on the Excess Workers' Corapensation in four alternatives. t was the recomraendation of the nsurance Coraraittee, and as stated in the ordinance, the coverage was for the excess of $2,000, per occurrence with a $250, self-insured retention. GEAVOS CREEK CHANNEL ALGNMENT (S-1303) This project, designed by the District's Engineering Staff, is to elirainate flooding and erosion. :t consists of excavating a new channel, filling a portion of the old channel, 207 feet of 21 inch reinforced-concre-te pipe, 10 feet of 30 inch corrugatedraetalpipe, two manholes and one inlet. Mr. Koeper distributed a meraorandura dated Woverataer 19, 1979 concerning Requisition 389 as an eraergency procurement of services (copy in Secretary-Treasurer's file). He said that there was a necessity to taore under the street in the Lake of the Woods Subdivision in order to relieve an insanitary condition, i.-e., hauling sevrage out of a manhole.
