Consideration of the 2030 Land Resource Management Plan for Winnebago County, IL and the Public Comments Obtained on November 6, 2008 with regard to the same Plan Specific Plan items to be reviewed and/or decided on, but not necessarily limited to: a. Consideration of the following Plan text changes: 1. Text amendment to the Transportation Policy 1 Section requested by RMAP; 2. Text amendment to the Comprehensive Planning Efforts Section; 3. Text amendment addressing/emphasizing sewer for conservation design developments that locate in the Montague Road, Simpson Road and Kishwaukee Road growth areas (identified as Low Density Residential on Plan man) with consideration of its impact on other areas of Plan text/map; and 4. Text amendment addressing subdivisions in remote areas of the County, submitted by Mr. Yeske and requested by Rockton Township b. Consideration of the following Plan map changes: 1. Map amendment west of South Beloit with regard to changing a Low Density Residential Area to Agricultural Area, requested by certain Trustees of South Beloit on behalf of South Beloit; 2. Map amendment with regard to adding the Natural Resource Inventory Map (the categories specifically indentified in legend as Natural Areas, Significant Wildlife Habitat, INAI sites, INPC sites, NLI sites, NLI conservation easements, WRP sites, Parks, State Parks and Forest Preserves) as an over-lay to the Plan map, requested by Save the Kishwaukee River Group;

5 3. Map amendments south of Rockford with regard to changing Industrial Areas to Open Space Area, Agricultural Area or other requested by the Rockford and Save the Kishwaukee River Group; and 4. Map amendment south of Cherry Valley with regard to changing Industrial Area to Agricultural Area, requested by Save the Kishwaukee River Group with Cheery Valley s endorsement (via a change to their Plan). 2.
