For the purpose of this Special Use Permit, a Portable Unit shall be defined as any of the following: Portable Storage Container, Shipping Container, Portable Lodging Unit, Portable Office Unit, or Skid Unit. No Portable Unit shall be used as a dwelling while on the premises. The storage and sale of portable units shall be confined to a maximum of ten (10) acres of land described as: the N ½ NE ¼ NE ¼ SE ¼ and the S ½ SE ¼ SE ¼ NE ¼ of Sec-17 Twp-139 Rng-83. The Special Use Permit is still valid for a term of two (2) years and will need to be renewed annually after the first two (2) years. As the original Special Use Permit was
