Amendment to the existing Special Use Permit would allow: A maximum of 75 portable units allowed on the property at any given time. For the purpose of this Special Use Permit, a Portable Unit shall be defined as any of the following: Portable Storage Container, Shipping Container, Portable Lodging Unit, Portable Office Unit, or Skid Unit. No Portable Unit shall be used as a dwelling while on the premises. The storage and sale of portable units shall be confined to a maximum of ten (10) acres of land described as: the N ½ NE ¼ NE ¼ SE ¼ and the S ½ SE ¼ SE ¼ NE ¼ of Sec-17 Twp-139 Rng-83. The Special Use Permit is still valid for a term of two (2) years and will need to be renewed annually after the first two (2) years. As the original Special Use Permit was

Others present were Commissioners Boehm, Bitz, Tokach, Zachmeier and Auditor Rhone. Bitz moved and Boehm seconded to approve the agenda. All voting aye, Bitz moved and Boehm seconded to fund the Lewis & Clark Regional Development Council for 2013 at the same level of funding as 2012 in the amount of $15,908. All voting aye, Boehm moved and Zachmeier seconded to fund the Bismarck-Mandan Development Association for 2013 at $99,000 for the County Contribution and $1,000 for the membership.
