Resolution was amended to include effective date of October 6th for Jeffrey Pendleton's employment. Compton moved and Starkey seconded to approve the October 19, 2010, Regular Board Meeting. PEPSI CONTRACT: The superintendent recommends the East Clinton Board of Education approve the beverage Business Proposal with C&J Pepsi Cola, option 3 which is a non-exclusive cafeteria agreement and a 15% rebate on all drop shipped cases.
