While resolutions can be questioned and amended at that time, it the practice and preference of members to field all questions and amendments in advance of the NLGA meeting or in this committee hearing. The first speaker represents 1,600 companies in 36 countries. She will provide a general overview of the issue, from a general forecast all the way to impacts on recycling. The second speaker will detail the expectations for energy markets and the impacts of domestic energy on domestic manufacturing. The final speaker appears at world chemistry conferences and her economic analyses is cited in Congressional testimony and international commerce journals. She will discuss the impact of shale gas growth on selected manufacturing sectors, including employment and supply chain impacts.
