Upon final passage from this committee, should a resolution pass, the resolution is heard for final passage on Friday morning by the entire body. While resolutions can be questioned and amended at that time, it the practice and preference of members to field all questions and amendments in advance of the NLGA meeting or in this committee hearing. He is Co Founder and Co Chairman of the bipartisan Congressional Cybersecurity Caucus.
