Ø HoPS: Hosted Payload SoluCons Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quan5ty contract with lanes for LEO and GEO hosted payloads Implemented by USAF Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) Fixed price contracts for Hos5ng RFP for Air Force contract will be released in Q4 FY13 Ø NASA/SMC collaboracon NASA is implemen5ng a Memorandum of Agreement with SMC for collabora5on on the HoPS contract NASA is suppor5ng the RFP development and proposal evalua5on 23 July

CDR ~10/2015. Instrument complete ~5/2017. Host contract award ~3/2015. Spacecra3 award no5onally mid for 11/2018 launch. Original instrument assump5on included spacecra] selec5on by instrument PDR or as early as possible a]er PDR. Time period between Instrument PDR & Host award poses risk to instrument- to- spacecra] interface. Work currently underway to iden5fy interface bounding parameters and specific risks associated with later spacecra] ATP. Early TEMPO Host Accommoda5on studies will provide addi5onal input into risk assessment. 23 July
