Watch our Glenside web site to see what we final! come up with. So, don't just stand around like these folks waiting until the LAST MNUTE. start looking around for some things to sell or swap and come to our Bakers Dozen Annual "Last" Chicago CoCoFEST! for a fun time and a great visit with new and past friends. Howard Luckey, President Glenside Color Computer Club The VP's Platen There will be a BAKER'S DOZEN ANNUAL "LAST" CHCAGO CoCoFEST! The dates are scheduled to be May 15th & 16th, Please e mail Robert Swoger at rswoger@aol.com so that we might get a head count, this always helps us plan. Tony Podraza, VicePresident Glenside Color Computer Club, nc. 3 Howard opened the meeting at 7:45 P.M. Present were Howard Luckey, Brian Goers, Scott Montgomery, Tony Podraza and Bob Swoger. Bob read the Secretary's report from the newsletters he brought. The Treasurers Report was not read as George was not present. We have had no response from Carl Boll. The latest newsletter is on our web site. Dick Crislip wrote to tell us that many of the links on the web site no longer work. He also has CoCo stuff he will send in for the fest. Ernie Hedberg also has CoCo stuff that needs a home. Bob will contact him and tell him about CoCo FEST!. Bob presented the updated roster with new information about OS9 users group people and DE users. Bob asked the President and those present for permission to send newsletters that were promised those two user groups. The motion passed. Tony is to run 36 more newsletters to send to these folks. Tony confirmed he would do so. Since publishing his article about shutting down the Cup0CoCo BBS, Tony has received no feedback at all, let alone anyone asking to keep it going. Tony has therefor decided to terminate the BBS. There was another discussion on what would be the 2004 Fest LOGO. Bakers Dozen still seems to be the choice but no concrete design yet has come to mind. Bob is to get the shirts started immediately by contacting FWD computing to see if they will again provide our shirts. The meeting adjourned at 9:09 p.m. and we all went to near by Sante's Restaurant for the meeting after.
