"Your Guide to the 2016 Presidential Candidates." Washington Examiner. N.p., 02 Mar Web. 02 Mar The website used to get information about the 2016 presidential candidate was from a newspaper website called Washington Examiner. The website does passes credibility by having currency, reliability, an author, accuracy, and a purpose. The article used was originally published in mid April and has been getting updated till this day. At the bottom of the article, there is a section where it states when it was written and how long ago it has been updated. The newspaper company is a well known company in Washington D.C. The publisher is Media DC, also a known business. The newspaper company does have an editor named Hugo Gurdon, who has worked in many famous newspaper businesses. People are allowed to contact the newspaper company by filling out a form and ing them. The reporter who wrote this piece goes by the name Jason Russell. There is not a bibliography on the reporter, but he has written similar articles that involve the 2016 presidential candidates. The article written is a primary source because it does not refer to another article, stating an opinion; merely only facts. The article shows no statistics because it is not needed. This article is written for american citizens, who are interested in voting, but do not know who the candidates are or what their purpose are yet. The article is for both academic and general readers. The audience does not necessarily have to be super intelligent to read this. Russell wrote this to guide the american citizens through the 2016 presidential candidates and help them understand their purpose on why they want to become the next president of the United States.

Hillary Clinton Democrat By: Shi Lee Bautista Hillary will: Ensure full federal equality for all LGBT Americans Strengthen services and support military families who serve alongside our service members Make high-quality education available to every child- in every ZIP code-- in America.

"Thank You for Being Part of This." Hillary for America Starts Right Here. N.p., n.d. Web. 02 Mar the official campaign website for Democrat presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton shows viewers signs of credibility because of the time the website was last revised, the contact resources, and the issues that were published. February 11, 2016 was the last date of revision for the presidential campaign s website. Although the website has not been revised since February 11, the most recent issue was published on March 7, The website was published in New York, and multiple Hillary For America editors, like, Kat Kane, Marlin Marshall, Gabe Rodriguez, and Logan Anderson have wrote and published numerous issues for the website. This presidential campaign s website is written for people who want to know more about what Clinton s plans are for our country and what goals she has in mind for all of us. The website has all of the issues that she fights for, which includes, Alzheimer s Disease, campus sexual assault, early childhood education, LGBT equality, women s rights, and much more. The website is timely because it is a presidential election. Having said that, all of the information on the website is updated and the viewer can see what new information s/he needs to know about the election so far. The official campaign site for Hillary Clinton is a primary source because the website is not a blog-- meaning that the website is not written by an unknown person who has no clue about the presidential election and Hillary Clinton. The website is written by people who do not only know about Hillary Clinton, but agree with her points and what she has in mind for our country as a whole.

Ted Cruz Republican By: Briana Ayala Reigniting the promise of America Ted Cruz s plans To mandate a balanced budget End corporate income tax End common core for school education systems End immigration

"What Does Ted Cruz Believe? Where the Candidate Stands on 10 Issues." PBS, n.d. Web. 07 Mar Candidate, Ted Cruz has many plans for the U.S if elected president in PBS.org is a crediable website. The website is funded by the organization, and television channel, pbs. The author of the article is Lisa Desjardins, and she is the PBS Newshour s Political Director. The article must be up to date because of the election, it is a current topic in the U.S.The last update of the source was on February 2,2016. The article was published in March of 2015, therefore the author does keep up to date with the article. As well as the topic of the article is a current important topic in the U.S. The website can be for people who are interested in the campaign to read and look into the candidate's ideas. The website provides some information about the canidate s plans, not all of them but the most important ones with brief reasonings on each topic. The website would be a primary source, it is not a blog. Therefore, the author is not stating their opinion, simply publishing facts taken from other sources and interviews about the candidate. PBS provides reliable information for readers all over the country to learn about the topic of Ted Cruz.

Bernie will: Bernie Sanders By Alexis Caasi Free community college tuition Strengthen background checks for less gun violence Abortion will be up to the woman and her doctor The wealthy will have to pay their share of taxes He will help undocumented immigrants live life without fear of the government

"One Account. All of Google." N.p., n.d. Web. 02 Mar Ontheissues.org informs voters and nonvoters about the stands presidential candidates have on mostly any topic. This website happens to be a primary source, for it contains quotes and speeches that a candidate had said about specific subjects. With the source being primary, the source occurs to also be not bias because all of the 2016 presidential candidates are being talked about, and the author does not praise anyone in particular. A doctor from the University of Santa Clara was the content editor of the entire website; she had written the articles and there weren t any opinions in the articles.to the website, the editor had received all information from newspapers, social media, television, etc.. For purpose, content editor, Dr. Catherine A. Womack, wrote all of the articles for potential voters to learn more about the stands every presidential candidate had for many controversial subjects in America. Reliability, for a website, can be very duplicitous for readers; however, this website happens to be.org, not a wiki website, whereas many people have the power to change information. Ontheissues.org had been published in 1770 Massachusetts Ave. #630 Cambridge MA along with many of other resources. If any questions are need to be answered, professionally, a reader has the ability to contact the editor by submitting to Ontheissues.org. Updates for this website should be very crucial to voters because these candidates can change their stands whenever they please. A website with every quote and speech, like ontheissues.org, provides timely, reliable information.
