2 About Luvvie LUVVIE AJAYI is an award-winning writer and digital strategist who thrives at the intersection of comedy, technology and activism. 7 About The Red Pump Project The Red Pump Project raises awareness about the impact of HIV/ AIDS on women and girls. Founded in March 2009, the organization uses the Red Pump as a symbol of empowerment and as a conversation starter to boldly drive conversation online and offline around HIV prevention and issues related to sexual and reproductive health. Luvvie is co-founder and Executive Director of the nonprofit with a national network of ambassadors in Atlanta, Chicago, Charlotte, D a l l a s a n d Wa s h i n g t o n D C.
