9 From: Subject: To: Cc: Mary Callahan Thursday, December 05, :53:15 AM Resolution - Electrical upgrade Kathleen Mooney Denise Attonito The resolution on the December 10 agenda relates to an "old" item. The community approved the noted electrical upgrade along with the budget back in May I then had the Board approve the SEQRA (environmental impact) for this project. However, subsequently SED changed the project number. Thus, just to be sure we do not have any delay in Albany because our earlier resolution providing a different SED project number, I am asking the Board to simply "reapprove" with the newly assigned number. Thank you. Mary 9
