Box 2748 West Chester, PA (610) COMMISSIONERS MEETING MINUTES September 26, CALL MEETING TO ORDER CALL TO The public meeting of the Chester County Board of Commissioners was called to ORDER order at 10:03 a.m. on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 in the Commissioners Boardroom by Chairman of the Board of Commissioners Terence Farrell. Commissioner Kathi Cozzone and Commissioner Ryan Costello were also present. 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE PLEDGE OF Commissioner Farrell asked Brian Hall, President of Rehab 1, to lead the pledge. ALLEGIANCE 3. ANNOUNCEMENTS Commissioner Cozzone read a Proclamation for Falls Prevention Awareness Week. Wanda Stonebraker, Director of the Department of Aging, Anita O Connor representing County Senior Centers, and Brain Hall, President of Rehab 1, accepted the Proclamation. Chairman Farrell announced that the Board of Commissioners met in Executive Session on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 to discuss personnel and legal matters. 4. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES Following a Motion made by Commissioner Costello, which was Seconded by APPROVED Commissioner Cozzone, the Board voted unanimously to accept the Minutes from the September 13, 2012 meeting. 5. Resolution Resolution Following a Motion made by Commissioner Cozzone, which was Seconded by Commissioner Costello, the Board unanimously adopted Resolution 37-12, refunding outstanding Economic Development Revenue Bonds, Series 1998/ Amendment to Bond Documents for tax exempt financing up to $ 2,500,000 by the Chester County Industrial Authority on behalf of 1302 Goshen Parkway, L.P. c. Resolution Following a Motion made by Commissioner Costello, which was Seconded by Commissioner Cozzone, the Board unanimously adopted Resolution presented by the Chester County Industrial Development Authority for a Next Generation Farmer Loan / Financing Project. d. Following a Second of the Motion by Commissioner Cozzone, the Board voted unanimously to approve the following: Budget Change Vouchers as submitted by the Controller. Engagement Agreement with Special Counsel to review possible class action litigation status. The 2Q 2012 Financial Report was presented by Julie Bookheimer, Director of Finance. 10.
