AGENDA ADDITIONS AND APPROVAL: Motion: to approve the Agenda of January 19, 2016 Board of Directors meeting by E. Tremblay, seconded by C. Shires /carried. PREVIOUS MINUTES APPROVAL: Motion: Approval of the minutes of our meeting of December 1, 2016 by P. Vincent, Seconded

BUSINESS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES: Signage and publicity Committee struck to provide report to the Board Ken Bertrand, Clarence Shires, Terry Leach, Shawn Peever Metal Crime Stoppers Signs in storage members and Police Officers reminded that if a municipality would like signs, they are available. Crime Stoppers Month banner over Pembroke St., My FM radio ads, newspapers. CORRESPONDENCE: from Director Stewart Ray, will transfer from Director to Associate Member, effective immediately Card and note from Beth Ethier thanking Board for retirement gifts and for support of Crime Stoppers. LIASON REPORTS: None AWARDS TIPS Shawn Peever provided tip information for past month and other statistics. Shawn Peever provided the Board with information on Tip #RA Jan Motion: $ by P. Vincent, seconded by J.P. Quintal / carried COMMITTEE REPORTS: TREASURER S REPORT Don presented the treasurers report dated January 19 th at the meeting and gave every one a copy. Motion to approve D. Rosien, seconded by C. Shires / carried. Don reported that approximately 1850 calendars are sold, less than last year. NEW BUSINESS: Board members were advised that we will have to review our fund raising and committee membership for Ken will make some contacts to determine interest from members.
