Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant to sections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that: (a) the boundaries of the Town of Kerrobert and the Rural Municipality of Progress No. 351 be altered by withdrawing from the rural municipality and adding to the town the territory described in Schedule A; (b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundary of the Town of Kerrobert; and (c) the alteration shall take effect on and from the date of this Order. Dated at the City of Regina, in the Province of Saskatchewan, the 29th day of July, Keith Comstock, Assistant Deputy Minister for and on behalf of the Minister of Government Relations. schedule A The boundaries of the Town of Kerrobert are altered by adding to the town and withdrawing from the Rural Municipality of Progress No. 351 the following lands, lying within Township 34, Range 23, West of the Third Meridian and described as: (1) the south-west quarter of Section 23; and (2) the south-east quarter of Section 22, EXCEPTING: Parcel A, Plan No schedule B The boundaries of the Town of Kerrobert shall comprise the territory in the Province of Saskatchewan lying within Township 34, Range 23, West of the Third Meridian and described as: (1) The south-east quarter of Section 22, EXCEPTING: Parcel A, Plan No ; (2) The south half of Section 23; (3) The east half of Section 14;

Unless otherwise specified, the sections and portions of sections described in the above schedules include the adjoining south and west road allowances, intersections thereof and widenings thereto by plan of survey. For description purposes, the land acquired by plan of survey for widening to an adjoining road allowance is deemed to be part of the road allowance. The said plans of survey are of record with Information Services Corporation of Saskatchewan. Alteration of DIVISIONS THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF RODGERS No. 133 It has been deemed appropriate to comply with a request of the Council of the Rural Municipality of Rodgers No. 133 to alter the boundaries of the council divisions. Accordingly, under the authority conferred upon the Minister of Government Relations by section 49 and Division 3 of The Municipalities Act: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Rural Municipality of Rodgers No. 133 is restructured by eliminating the existing Division 4 and Division 5; and altering and renumbering the boundaries of the existing Division 2, Division 3 and Division 6; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT the boundaries of Division 2, Division 3 and Division 6 shall be renumbered and described as follows and as shown on the attached map: Division 2: Township 13, Range 3 and Township 14, Range 3; All West of the Third Meridian. Division 3: Township 14, Ranges 1 and 2; and Township 15, Range 1; All West of the Third Meridian. Division 4: Township 15, Ranges 2 and 3; All West of the Third Meridian. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT 1. The effective date of the boundary alteration for Division 2, Division 3 and Division 4 is October 22, An election for a councillor to represent each of Division 2, Division 3 and Division 4 as described herein will be held on October 22, 2014, to coincide with the effective date of the boundary alterations. 3.
