(iii), and (iv) and section 99] ORDER TO TO ESTABLISH THE Rural municipality OF MOUNT PLEASANT AND TOWN OF CARNDUFF PLANNING DISTRICT Pursuant to section 99 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007, I hereby order the establishment of the RM of Mount Pleasant and Town of Carnduff Planning District as described below. In accordance with their respective bylaws to authorize the execution of an Agreement for the RM of Mount Pleasant and Town of Carnduff Planning District, the following municipalities are affiliated with the planning district: Affiliated Municipalities Rural Municipality of Mount Pleasant No. 2 (Bylaw No ) Town of Carnduff (Bylaw No ) Area Description The RM of Mount Pleasant and Town of Carnduff Planning District shall consist of all those lands situated within the RM of Mount Pleasant No. 2 (RM) and the Town of Carnduff (Town).

10 1614 THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, JUly 18, 2014 Appointment of a District Planning Commission The affiliated municipalities, pursuant to subclause 97(2)(a)(ii) of The Planning and Development Act, 2007, have agreed to the RM of Mount Pleasant and Town of Carnduff Planning District Commission consisting of three (3) members appointed by the Council of the RM, at least one of whom shall be a member of the Council of the RM, and three (3) members appointed by the Council of the Town, at least one of whom shall be a member of the Council of the Town. There is an option of having two (2) members at large, who shall be jointly appointed by the Councils of the RM and the Town, who have an interest pertaining to community planning in the District. Arrangements The matters referred to in subclausess 97(2)(a)(iii) and (iv) of the aforementioned Act are set out in sections 2 to 4, 7 to 9 and 13 of the Agreement attached hereto. 25 THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, JUly 18, The Real Estate Act [section 14] Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission regulatory Bylaw Amendments THAT the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission approves that Bylaw 118 that reads as follows be rescinded: RECIPROCITY COURSE 118 REAL ESTATE PRACTICE IN SASKATCHEWAN is a course offered by an education provider and approved by the Commission that is required by applicants qualifying for reciprocity who are from another jurisdiction. THAT the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission approves Bylaw 119 to read as follows: RECIPROCITY 119 Real Estate Reciprocity Information Material is a set of approved Commission documents offered by the Commission s education provider. Upon qualifying for reciprocity from another Canadian jurisdiction, the applicant is required to obtain and review the Real Estate Reciprocity Information Material and sign a declaration in accordance with Commission Policy. THAT the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission approves Bylaw 313 be amended as follows: REGISTRATION IN ANOTHER CANADIAN JURISDICTION 313 An applicant for registration from another Canadian jurisdiction meets the educational requirements in Saskatchewan if the applicant has successfully completed the applicable Saskatchewan Real Estate Reciprocity Information Material requirement pursuant to Bylaw 119, subject to the following: (a) is currently registered in another jurisdiction to trade in an equivalent registration area; or (b) was registered in another jurisdiction within the preceding two years from the date of application to trade in an equivalent registration area. An applicant will be required to complete the review of the Real Estate Reciprocity Information Materials; provide the Declaration Statement to the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission; and obtain registration to trade in real estate within the time-frame specified in the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission s correspondence to him/her confirming that he/she qualified for reciprocity. THAT the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission approves Bylaw that reads as follows be rescinded: An applicant, in addition to the requirements set out in Bylaw 115.2, must have a Grade 12 Diploma or an equivalency that in the opinion of the Commission is appropriate. THAT the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission approves Bylaw to read as follows: LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY An applicant, in addition to the requirements set out in Bylaws 115.2, and 119 is required to satisfy the Language Proficiency Requirement established pursuant to Commission policy before he/she can apply to write a mandated registration course examination.
