Milton B , in accordance with plans filed with the Department as Document No. S.W.D. 828 and subject to the following: 1 Installations shall be subject to the approval of a field representative of the Department prior to the commencement of salt water injection and subsequent to any modifications to such installations. 2 The wellhead injection pressure shall be limited to a maximum of kilopascals (kpa). 3 All injection volumes shall be metered with a department approved method. 4 PBTD shall be no greater than 25 m from the base of the last perforated interval. This approval does not authorize the applicant to dispose of salt water without the consent of all the mineral owners, other than the Crown, that might reasonably be adversely affected by such disposal.
