Weber; Location: Oakland) for the Chabot Boys Camp demolition project located at 2500 Fairmont Drive, San Leandro, Project No. CPP99C , decreasing the amount from $241,586 to $234,236 ($7,350 decrease); and accept the work of Iconco, Inc. as complete 42. Authorize the Agency to advertise for bids for the main sewer relocation for the new Juvenile Justice Center, San Leandro, Project No. CPP99C ; approve the use of an enhanced Construction Outreach Program to include contract specifications; and authorize the Director to receive bids for this project in two packages, present a summary of the bid results and an award recommendation to the Board 43. Approve the following recommendations related to tenant improvement work located at Courthouse Square, Amador Street, Hayward, Project No. CPP99C : A. Authorize the Agency Director to increase the amount of the Professional Services Agreement with Interior Architects (Principal: Harold Kallaway; Location: San Francisco), increasing the amount from $178,790 to $247,130 ($68,340 increase, including supplemental work allowance); B. Approve a supplemental work allowance of $12,000 to cover contingencies; C. Authorize the Auditor-Controller to make a mid-year adjustment to increase appropriations and offsetting revenues in the approved fiscal year Capital Project Budget by $90,000; and D. Authorize the Auditor-Controller to make appropriate budget adjustments (4/5 Vote) 44. Accept the work of Western Roofing Service (Principal: Ed L. 11 49. Registrar of Voters Approve the following recommendations to provide for the consolidation of various local elections with the Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, 3/2/04: A. Order the consolidation of local elections with the March 2, 2004 Primary Election as requested by twelve local governing bodies; B. Authorize and direct the Registrar of Voters to certify the results of said local elections to the appropriate governing bodies; and C. Authorize and direct the Registrar of Voters to collect from each consolidating jurisdiction its consolidation rate and actual related cost in conducting its local election 50. Treasurer-Tax Collector Received Investment Report, December 2003 PUBLIC PROTECTION Sheriff: 51. Approve mid-year budget adjustments for the 2003 Local Law Enforcement Block Grant funds to purchase 800 Mhz radios ($32,969.33) (4/5 Vote) 52. Approve a contract with Tiburon, Inc. (Principal: Gary Bunyard; Location: Fremont) for software maintenance of the Computer Aided Dispatch/Records Management System housed in the Emergency Services Dispatch building, 7/1/03 6/30/04 ($69,000) 53. Sheriff and Risk Management Approve the claim of Deputy Sheriff Joseph Bricker for the reimbursement of damaged property ($194) PUBLIC WORKS 54. Approve the resolution authorizing the Agency to submit four traffic safety funding grant applications to the California Office of Traffic Safety 55.
