Approve a time-only contract amendment to contract C with Tri-Valley Haven (Principal: Ann King; Location: Livermore) for continued construction of an addition to the Tri-Valley Domestic Violence Center to create a children s play/therapy room and group counseling room, extending the term from 6/30/03 9/30/03 with no change in the dollar amount 54.
