Approve a contract with the Oakland Housing Authority (Principal: John Gresley; Location: Oakland) for the Shelter Plus Care Sponsor-Based Rental Assistance Program to continue providing housing assistance to homeless people with disabilities, 5/1/03 4/30/04 ($896,534) 53. Approve a time-only contract amendment to contract C with Tri-Valley Haven (Principal: Ann King; Location: Livermore) for continued construction of an addition to the Tri-Valley Domestic Violence Center to create a children s play/therapy room and group counseling room, extending the term from 6/30/03 9/30/03 with no change in the dollar amount 54. Authorize the Director to execute a three-year renewal contract with the State of California Department of Transportation, Office of Procurement and Contracts, for the control of ground squirrels and other burrowing rodents within Caltrans highway right-of-way in Alameda County for fiscal years , , ($110,000) 55.
