OFFICIAL MINUTES CITY COUNCIL/ SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE FOUNTAIN VALLEY AGENCY FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT/ FOUNTAIN VALLEY HOUSING AUTHORITY 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 03, 205 CLOSED SESSION Mayor Nagel called the Closed Session to order at 4:45 p.m. PUBLIC COMMENT I. Council) Pursuant to Government Code , the City Council shall recess into Closed Session to meet with designated labor negotiators Bob Hall, City Manager and Jean Hirai, Personnel Manager, regarding the following employee organizations: Fountain Valley Firefighters' Association IAFF Local Mayor Nagel reported that direction was given to the negotiation staff. STUDY SESSION Mayor Nagel called the Study Session to order at 5:7 p.m. PUBLIC COMMENT 2. Bob Hall City Manager, Bob Hall gave a presentation to council providing an update on future development opportunities for the city. OPEN SESSION Mayor Nagel called the regular meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. The invocation was let IINVOCATION by Pastor Bill Staffieri of Beachpoint Church.

Inouye, Chair of the Orange County Human Relations Commission Presentation by Police Chief Dan Llorens on Crime Statistics Presentation by Glen Grandis and JoAn Poirel on the Fountain Valley Community Foundation PUBLIC COMMENTS IPUBLIC HEARINGS 3. Council) Public Hearing to Consider the City of Fountain Valley's Comprehensive User Fee Schedule Establishing an Updated Schedule for Certain City Services. A report was provided by Finance Director, David Cain. Mayor Nagel opened the Public Hearing. Having no speakers on the matter, he closed the Public Hearing. Approve Resolution No authorizing adjustments to the City of Fountain Valley Cost of Services Schedule as proposed in the Exhibit A of the Resolution and adopt guidelines for future cost of services adjustments.
