However, the Court may not deliberate issues that have not been posted. Therefore, Court members may interact with a member of the public speaking on County issues not posted on this agenda only by providing factual information or existing policy to the member of the public. The Judge may limit the time allotted to Public Communication to allow adequate deliberation of posted items. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION COUNTY ANNOUNCEMENTS PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. Receive comments regarding the issuance of a mass gathering permit for Sierra Nevada Beer Camp to be held on June 24, 2017, at 9507 Sherman Road, Austin, Texas (Action Item 3) (Commissioner Gómez) CONSENT C1. Consider and take appropriate action on the following items related to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) available through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD): A. Presentation of Substantial Amendments to the PY15 and PY16 Action Plans E. Update on minor revision of approved public comment notice F. Authorization of the submission to the HUD San Antonio Region VI field office if no comments are received during the ten-day posting period D. Authorization for the County Judge to sign the required forms E. Delegation of authority to the County Executive of Health and Human Services to sign subsequent site specific environmental reviews PLANNING AND BUDGET 9. Consider and take appropriate action on the following grant programs, applications, contracts & related special budgets, and permissions to continue: A. Application to the Texas Indigent Defense Commission to continue the DNA Mixtures Technical Support Grant in the Criminal Courts B. Annual application to the Texas Department of Agriculture to continue the National School Lunch/Breakfast Program and USDA School Commodity Program in the Juvenile Probation Department (Commissioner Gómez) 11. Consider and take appropriate action on contribution agreement with Bella Fortuna Public Improvement District Developers. (Commissioner Gómez) OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT 12. Consider and take appropriate action on routine personnel actions. (Commissioner Gómez) 13. Receive update on paid claims through UnitedHealthcare and Envision Pharmaceutical Services for participants in the Travis County Employee Health Care Fund for the period October 1, 2016, to April 30, (Commissioners Daugherty & Gómez) 14. Consider and take appropriate action regarding a license agreement between Travis County and Travis County Emergency Services District #6 to use a portion of Travis County Building D located at Hamilton Pool Road, Austin, Texas (Commissioner Daugherty) Page 3 of 5

Declare phones as surplus property and donate to Sheriff's Memorial & Benevolent Society, pursuant to Texas Local Government Code (a)(4). (Commissioner Travillion) OTHER 17. Consider and take appropriate action on the following items: A. The reappointment of Dain Herbat as Travis County s representative on the Greater Austin Area Telecommunications Network (GAATN) Board, for a term effective July 12, 2017, and ending July 12, 2019 B. The appointment of James Bo Kinsey as the alternate representative for Travis County on the GAATN Board, for a term effective immediately and ending July 12, 2019 (Commissioners Travillion & Daugherty) 18. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the following tax collection agreements: A. Travis County Municipal Utility District No. 23 B.
