10 ANA Report: Congress began the 114th session this week House of Representatives voted to pass the Save American Workers Act of 2015 (H.R. 30) ANA opposes this legislation, which would change the current definition of FT work under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), raising it to 40 hours per week from the current definition of 30 hours million RNs and APRNs who are employed The President will veto the bill Watch out for this bill.
