3 3 P/P 187 RESOLVED, that the Ogdensburg Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent/Principal, amends the 2015/2016 School Calendar to change April 20, 2016, from early dismissal to full day of school. P/P 188 RESOLVED, that the Ogdensburg Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, approves medical/child care leave of absence for Ms. Lisa Bruning, beginning Monday January 18, 2016 through the remainder of the 2015/16 school year utilizing 48 sick days and unpaid leave of absence. P/P 189 RESOLVED, that the Ogdensburg Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, appoints as long term substitute to cover maternity/child care leave of absence starting January 18, 2016 through the remainder of the 2015/16 school year for 4.5 months, at Step I, Level BA with pro-rated salary of $, suspending her para-professional part time position for the duration. P/P 190 RESOLVED, that the Ogdensburg Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, approves additional hours on an emergent basis for Ms. Kaitlyn Fierro, Speech Therapist, at $36.70 per hour on an as needed basis for the 2015/16 school year. P/P 191 RESOLVED, that the Ogdensburg Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, approves additional hours for emergency purposes for Mr. Dominck Demsak, Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds at per hour as needed for the 2015/16 school year not to exceed six hours per month. FACILITIES/FINANCE F/F 139 RESOLVED, that the Ogdensburg Board of Education approves the November Check Register for checks from # through # with November Payrolls, and electronic funds transfers of $ and accounts payable of $ for a total of $. F/F 140 RESOLVED, that Ogdensburg Board of Education, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A: (d), accepts that as of October 31, 2015 to the best of their knowledge, no major account or fund have been over-expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A: (d) and N.J.S.A. 18A:22.8 and 18A: and sufficient funds are available to meet the district s financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year, F/F 141 RESOLVED, that Ogdensburg Board of Education, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A: , accepts and approves the October 31, 2015 Treasurer s Reports, and Board Secretary s Reports and furthermore,

4 F/F 142 RESOLVED, that the Ogdensburg Board of Education accepts the line item transfers as of October 31, 2015 as follows: AMOUNT TO AMOUNT FROM BUDGET LINE REASON Health Prof Svc Health Supplies 29, MD Teacher 1, Custodial PD Grade I Supplies 1, Instructional computers Testing Supplies 5, Charter School tuition 28, Public School Tuition 33, , F/F 143 RESOLVED, THAT THE Ogdensburg Board of Education approves the Use of School Facilities for Elks Hoop Shoot Contest on January 10, OPEN SESSION #2 EXECUTIVE SESSION MOTION presented by, and seconded by to accept the following declaration of Executive Session as p.m.: BE IT RESOLVED that the Ogdensburg Board of Education adopts the following resolution: "WHEREAS, The Open Public Meeting Act, Chapter 231, P.L permits the exclusion of the public from a meeting in certain circumstances; and WHEREAS, Ogdensburg Board of Education is of the opinion that such circumstances presently exist; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ogdensburg Board of Education, County of Sussex, State of New Jersey that a closed session of this Board of Education, where the public shall be excluded, will be held at this time for the purpose as stated below; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that any action of the Board with regard to the closed session discussions shall be disclosed to the public at a later date and to the extent that the same is not prejudicial to the interests of the parties involved and would not result in a possible invasion of their right to privacy."
