Financial Reports Accept the Treasurer s and Secretary s Reports for the month of April, 2018, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6: (e)*, we certify that as of May 30, 2018, after a review of the secretary s monthly financial report (appropriations section)and upon consultation with the appropriate district officials, to the best of our knowledge, no major account or fund has been over expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6: (b)* and that sufficient funds are available to meet the District s financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year. F4. Bus Route Authorize the Business Administrator/Board Secretary to enter into renewal contract with Northern Valley Regional High School for the school year for the existing Route 1 for Norwood students residing more than 2 miles from the school, as follows: Route 1: $31, Authorize the Business Administrator/Board Secretary to renew remote transportation contracts with Northern Valley Regional High School District, said renewal of contracts for the exclusive purpose of improving the Districts School Efficiency Rating in accordance with the requirements of the Comprehensive Education Improving Financing Act. F5. Building Use RESOLVED, that the Norwood Board of Education Post Approves/Approves the application for USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES made by the following

New Air Conditioning Zone 4 Approve awarding the bid for the new air conditioning, zone 4, to Teo Technologies Inc. for $652,000.00, pending attorney review. F11. River Vale A.C.E. Before Care/Aftercare Program Upon recommendation of the Superintendent, approve the following: WHEREAS, the Norwood Board of Education will enter into a before care/aftercare program agreement with the River Vale Education Foundation s A.C.E. Program; and WHEREAS, the agreement will be for the duration of the school year at Norwood Public School; and WHEREAS, the use of the designated areas and facilities prior to and following school hours will be used in coordination with extracurricular activities, as per the agreement; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, in accordance with the mutually agreed upon contract presented and in accordance with the policies and bylaws set forth by the Norwood Board of Education, Norwood Public School will allow the River Vale A.C.E.
