2 Franklin Central School District does hereby approve Special Meeting Minutes April 18, 2017 TREASURER S REPORT Mrs. Renwick reported the following to the Board: As the end of the school year is approaching, we are finishing up with purchase orders and starting to get things ready for the new school year. The cafeteria is accepting credit cards through the online program and parents are using it. We are still working out the bugs but are receiving good feedback. It seems to be serving its purpose. The yearbook has sold out this year. by Archibald and carried ayes 5, nays 0, the Board of Education of the Franklin Central School District does hereby accept Treasurer s Report for March 2017, as submitted Resolution # by Cox and carried ayes 5, nays 0, the Board of Education of the Franklin Central School District does hereby accept Extra Curricular Report for March 2017, as submitted Resolution # by Cox and carried ayes 5, nays 0, the Board of Education of the Franklin Central School District does hereby accept Monthly Claim s Auditor s Report, as submitted Resolution # PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR Mr. Mullen and Ms. Lima presented the Franklin Free Library budget draft for to the board of education. Mrs. Worden addressed the board of education. CORRESPONDENCES Ms. Dean passed around a thank you card and postcard she received. SUPERINTENDENT REPORT Mr. Zilliox reported the following to the Board: At the May 2 nd board of education meeting, Mrs. Taggart and Mr. Nolan present to discuss limitations on the bus pickup/drop off and time frames for calling in changes.

Upton Central School X - Resolution # by Cronauer and carried ayes 5, nays 0, the Board of Education of the Franklin Central School District does hereby authorize an increase in the general fund budget in the amount of $250,000 (increase appropriations by $250,000 and increase appropriated fund balance by $250,000).
