2 Frank Allart & ompany Makers of fine English hardware since Frank Allart & ompany was founded in 1914 by George Allart and originally named after him. The company started as patternmakers, but soon built up a reputation for high-class brassware for the architectural, cabinetry, marine and railway trades. Today, Frank Allart operates from a modern, purpose built, manufacturing facility in the heart of Birmingham, England. With a thriving design department, which blends the use of computer-aided design with more traditional arts such as model making we are constantly updating and widening the range of products we offer. We are also able to offer in-house design and development of custom and bespoke products to customer specification. Our high quality hardware can be found fitted in prestigious homes, palaces, hotels and listed buildings around the world. This brochure focuses on our extensive selection of cabinet furniture - knobs, pull handles, appliance pulls, ring pulls, flush rings and catches. Available in up to 32 different finishes (with finished matched screws of course) and designed to complement our full range of door furniture. With an utmost attention to detail, all our products are meticulously hand finished to the highest possible standard to meet the aspirations of today's discerning customer. We've been manufacturing cupboard knobs for over a century, as seen here in one of the very early George Allart catalogues.
