The Security and housekeeping Services are required for Normal Working Hour in BIS office i.e. from 900 to 1730 h. 5. The Security Guard and housekeeping person deployed shall attend the work as assigned in the Contract and shall be responsible and answerable to the Bureau. 6. The Contractor s personnel providing various services to the Bureau may be frisked at the time of their leaving the office premises after their duty as and when considered necessary. 7. Security Guards to be deployed by the Contractor should have adequate knowledge of handling and operation of fire extinguishers and suitable fire incident response arrangements. 8. The Security Guard should open and close the main gate of the office whenever access is required by the Staff/Visitors and should enter the details in the relevant register. 9. The Security Guard at the gate should take full details of the Visitor after proper enquiry and he should send the visitor to the concerned officer after getting the permission from the Head/ concerned Officer. 10. The Security Guard should enter the details in the visitors register and should provide visitors pass to the visitors and he should collect the same visitors pass from the visitor at the time of leaving the office. 11. No Visitor shall be allowed to enter the Office Premises after 1730 h unless the same is permitted either by Head Lucknow Branch Office 12. The Security Guard should switch-off all the electrical usage like lights, fans, Air conditioners and should close all the windows every day after closing hours of the office. 13. The Security Guard should keep not allow any domestic animals such as dogs/cats/sheep entering inside the office. 14. The Security Guard should not indulge in any other activity apart from the assigned duty to any of the Bureau Staff, Visitors and Public. 15. The Security Guard should maintain the punctuality and should not leave his location until the duty is over.
