S/o/D/o, having been admitted to., have received a copy (which is also available on the website of institution) of judgment and directions of HON'BLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA regarding Anti Ragging Guidelines in educational institutions (IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA, CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION, CIVIL APPEAL NUMBER 887 OF 2009: UNIVERSITY OF KERALA APPELLANT VERSUS COUNCIL, PRINCIPALS' COLLEGES, KERALA AND ORS RESPONDENTS) and also have received a copy of AICTE notification and the UGC Regulations on curbing the menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2010, (hereinafter called the Regulations ) and The Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Ragging in Educational Institutions Act, 2010 (hereinafter called the Act ) and have carefully read and fully understood the provisions contained in the said Regulations and Act. 2. I have, in particular, perused various clauses of AICTE notification, regulations and various sections of the Act and am aware as to what constitutes ragging. 3. I have also, in particular, perused various clauses of the regulations, AICTE notification, and Sections 2(d), 5 and 6 of the Act, and am fully aware of the penal and administrative action that is liable to be taken against me in case I am found guilty of or abetting ragging actively or passively, or being part of a conspiracy to promote ragging. 4. I hereby, solemnly aver and undertake that : a) I will not indulge in any behavior or act that may be constituted as ragging under various Pa..1
