2 Term & Condition:- 1 Final work should be submit on A1 size printout both on film and paper (paper not less than 100 GSM) 2 Colour print 2 nos each 3 Black & white print 2 nos each 4 Soft copy in autocade & in PDF format 5 Data input in excel sheet 6 Map has to be co-ordinated with GPS co-ordinate 7 I.T.@2.% will be deducted from every bill of the work. 8 Edc. on IT will be deducted from every bill of the work 9 Rates of every item should be mentioned in figure and words both. 10 Incomplete tender form shall be rejected % Labour welfare charges should be deposit in labour office & submit copy of receipt with bill as per rule. 12 The total tendered cost for complete work should be quoted in percentage above/below against the cost put to tender including all taxes and other charges as applicable. 13 The percentage where no security deposited in taken will every from 5% to 10% according to the requirements of the case. Where security deposited is taken see clause 1 of conditions of contract. 14 Earnest Money be deposited in the form of FDR (Nationalized Bank) pledged in favour of Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India, Bhopal Circle, G.T.B. Complex T.T. Nagar Bhopal along with the duly filled tender documents, 15 The Contractor/Supplier will be permitted to attend tender opening. 16 The tender documents are available on website & which may be down loaded and submitted along with the tender form cost in form of DD drawn in favour of the Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India Bhopal Circle. 17 If the date of issue/receipt of the tender happens to be a holiday the tender will be issued/opened on the next working day. 18 The undersigned reserves the right to reject any all tender without assigning any reason.

3 Should this tender be accepted, I/We hereby agree to abide by and fulfill all the terms and provisions of the said conditions annexed here to so far as applicable, and/or in default there of to forfeit and pay to the President of India or his successor in office the sum of money mentioned in the said conditions. A sum or Rs. * is here with forwarded in FDR as earnest money. If I/We fail to commence the work to specified in the above memorandum or if I/We fail to deposit the amount of Security deposit specified against (ii) (a) in the above memorandum in accordance with the clause I of the said conditions of Contract I/We agree that the said President or his successors in office shall without prejudice to any other right or remedy, shall his successors in office shall also be at liberty to cancel the acceptance of the tender if I/We full to deposit security amount to aforesaid. 5 Parameters for Preparation of Site Plan Annexure-I While preparing a site plan for the regulated area, the following parameters shall be adhered to and incorporated and existing map which is available with Archaeological Survey of India, Bhopal Circle, Bhopal should super impose with the survey work. (a) Protected area. Protected monuments prohibited area or regulated area. Parameters -: (i) Contouring (1 meter interval) is preferably. However it can vary depending on the nature of landscape, if it is hilly terrain with cliffs, then counter interval can be increased. If the landscape is plain, then it can be 0.5metre. (ii) Fixing of Bench mark and survey point on the ground and map. (iii) Mapping of structures, building etc. on plan surrounding 300 m from protected area. The height of the existing construction of the surrounding area. (iv) Other features like tank embankment, mud fortification remains of ancient structure etc. should be shown. (v) Roads and pathway. (vi) Garden area. (vii) Trees. (viii) Telephone lines. (ix) Sewerage lines. (x) Water supply line etc. (xi) Contouring / Relative heights of certain area.
