1 The Government of The United States of America Rural Free Delivery Route 1 The office of the Secretary of State Box #2 The United States of America Global Postal Code-NAC: 850H2 MR7C8 Office hours: 9:00-9:00 UTC-6 Monday - Friday Phone: (951) secretaryofstate@theunitedstatesofamerica1781.com THE EQUAL PROTECTION ACT OF 2017 By the authority of the faith of the assembly of American Nationals, in Union under the Law of Nations, and all Acts, petitioned, accepted and acknowledged by the current United States, in Congress assembled, are hereby ordained for the safety and security of our posterity, enact the following: SUBJECT MATTER OF THE LAW ENACTED The Subject Matter of The Equal Protection Act of 2017 is to reverse the despicable resolutions of the U.S. Senate that are designed to protect specific groups rather than the people as a whole, and WHEREAS, the protection of specific groups is designed to extend Titles of Nobility to one group wherein the laws do not apply to that specific group while being enforced against others that are not classified as being within the protected group, and THEREFORE, Titles of Nobility are forbidden within The United States of America and the United States on Manhattan Island and the District of Columbia, and FURTHERMORE, since resolution 118 was passed by the U.S. Senate on April 5 th, 2017 in an effort to give a specific group or groups special protections over others and while others are in the same predicament as the so-called protected groups within the subject matter of the resolution, and SO BE IT ENACTED, Resolution 118 is the definition of granting Titles of Nobility that is specifically forbidden. 2 BE IT ENACTED, by the United States, in Congress assembled, THE EQUAL PROTECTION ACT OF 2017, IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED, PUBLISHED AND ACKNOWLEDGED on this 106 th day, in the year of Yahweh, 6019, REGULATIONS-PENALTIES OF THE ACT Intent: The intent of this act is to remove all Titles of Nobility from a specific group or groups and apportion the protection mentioned within Resolution 118 equally among all groups. Punishment: Anyone found enforcing a Title of Nobility within the States of the Union of The United States of America outside of the District of Columbia and Manhattan Island for a specific group for the purpose of Military conquest shall be exiled and banished immediately for treason. The exiled shall have the right of appeal within The Human Rights Tribunal within 90 days otherwise the exile stands. If the exiled is found within the States of the Union of The United States of America anytime after exile, the exiled shall be executed immediately regardless of plane, place and time by anyone without recourse against the executioner. The Government of The United States of America reserves the right to alter or amend this ENACTMENT and REGULATIONS for the exclusive purpose and in the exclusive interests of the affirmed American Nationals.
