Reconstruction Ordinance of 2015 by the assembly for the Government of The United States of America through the United States, in Congress assembled For numerous generations, the United States, a privately held, foreign company, has intentionally hidden its true identity to the world community and deceptively presented itself as a Government. The evidence of this masquerade includes, but is not limited to, the Company Charter of To settle this matter for the benefit of its people, the assembly for the Government of The United States of America ordains through the United States, in Congress assembled, within the metes and bounds of The United States of America, the following: Article 1 The people residing within one of the United States of 1781 are hereby immune from all policies, law, executive orders, or acts created by the United States (hereinafter Company ) convened as the U.S. Congress or any of its State s legislative bodies. Article 2 Immunity is acquired only after an oath or affirmation has been accepted and acknowledged by the people residing in one of the United States of If the company employees of the state do not provide an oath or affirmation, then The United States of America will provide an oath or affirmation to any one of the people residing in one of the United States thereby authorizing the one to issue an oath or affirmation to the many. The oath or affirmation is required to qualify electors wherein an election will be held within 180 days to settle the state in accordance with its constitution and its political party. The political party shall be established within the 180 days and not named Republican or Democrat due to the fact that those political parties are contracted with the Company and under the Company mandates. 2
In support, we reference: Article 15 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1) Everyone has the right to a nationality. (2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality. Article 3 Thereafter, the state office holders are required to adhere to the Union and the Charter of the American Continent. The Union is under a new charter absent any foreign company requirements or encumbrances. The States with qualified electors are free to convene under the Charter of the American Continent and modify, alter, or make amendments to the charter as is their political right. Article 4 The people not willing to take an oath or affirmation will be considered inhabitants. Peaceful inhabitants are required to follow the mandates of the political party therein established within each State. An inhabitant cannot be compelled to accept any services or benefits of Citizen status provided by the State's political party. As such, all inhabitants that desire such a benefit or service shall bear the direct expense for that benefit or service. The Company employees are free to take an oath or affirmation to any one of the United States without fear of any retaliation from the Company officers. While off duty, the Company employees have immunity like any other Citizen and are not under any non-disclosure agreements while off duty. All states, as a part of its reconstruction are required to open and maintain a Great Register wherein the qualified electors shall enter their names and notified as to when, where and how elections will be held for their State. In support, we reference: Article 21 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1) Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives. (2) Everyone has the right to equal access to public service in his country. (3) The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures. 3
Article 5 The people are no longer under any privilege of movement. In support, we reference Article 13 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each State. Article 6 The qualified electors are required to pass legislation that benefits the Citizens and the inhabitants. It is strictly forbidden to pass any legislation that benefits any particular company, international or otherwise. Article 7 The Company is forbidden from exacting any revenge or retaliation against the people of one of the United States. Any such action is considered contempt of the Law of Nations and an act of war against the Government of The United States of America. Such action will result in a selfcancellation of Charter and self-deportation judgment. Article 8 The people are immune from any Public debt claimed by the Company against the Public Trust. All debts assumed by the private, foreign company are the responsibility of the Company, its officers and employees. The Public Trust is subject to scrutiny and audit at anytime. The Public Trust is not subject to any interest claims, therefore any and all interest claimed on the Public Trust by any private Company is notwithstanding. 4
Article 9 Government cannot own property. The mandates of private property restrictions on government shall apply. Therefore, the Company is not with any claim to private property for as long as it has represented itself as a government. Any and all property taxes are null and void and the people are free to own private property free of any and all encumbrances from the Company nor collections actions made on behalf of a few families implementing those actions through their trustees. In support, we reference Article 17 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1) Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others. (2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property. Article 10 The people are not to be represented by any attorney while the same attorney is representing the interests of the Company or any of its franchises or agents. The people and the Company shall, in any court, forever remain at arm s length and foreign to each other. The Company attorney s are free to practice law for the Company, however, full disclosure is required on the door of the court and that the people are free to observe the litigation of the Company and object without recourse to any decisions made by the Company. The Company is foreign to The United States of America and therefore at the privilege of The United States of America while doing business within the metes and bounds of The United States of America. Article 11 All previous, present and future agreements entered into by the Company are binding on the Company, its officers and employees and no other. The Company and the land are not synonymous. All treaty contract obligations are binding upon the parties of the contract. Treaties are not the law of the land, they are the law of the Company. All countries, as willing parties, assume the consequences of entering into a treaty with a private company. 5
Article 12 Any and all full faith and credit clause in the Company charter is not binding on a territory. Any compact agreement with any legal authority shall be decided under the charter of the American Continent. The Company Constitution is foreign as to the states of the Union under the rule of private international law where one sovereignty is not subject to the other, and therefore one cannot charge a crime of felonious nature over another. All claims by the Government of The United States of America shall be in money damages against the Company. Article 13 Social Security is not a benefit nor a debt to be imposed on the recipients. Social Security is a right, and as long as the Company continues to administer Social Security, then it shall change its terms to adhere to: Article 22 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international cooperation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality. or suffer punishment for violating Human Rights in the form of fines from the General Post Master Council. Article 14 The Company itself is not a bad Company and has accomplished some amazing things by making the quality of life for most very comfortable. However, the Company has claimed liberties it is not entitled to and have directly tried people in its own courts of law, outside of any Government authority. Further, it has dictated law in a federal venue that is not a Government, and acted and advertised as if it was a Government and therefore has overstepped its boundaries as a private company. This ordinance is the beginning of the process to correct these consistent injustices against the people. Injustices are defined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It has been witnessed many times over that Human Rights have been violated on a daily basis due to irresponsible policies made by the Company either directly or indirectly. 6
It has also been concluded that the people have not received any dividend checks from the Company for reasons that the people somehow owe a debt to the Company while it is in perpetual bankruptcy on a 70 year cycle. The 70 year cycle is nothing more than Company greed and to avoid fulfilling its obligations to its stockholders. Therefore, paragraph eight is in full force and effect. Article 15 The Re-construction Ordinance is written and passed by the United States, in Congress assembled for peaceful settlement of disputes meaning that the Reconstruction Ordinance does not recognize any bankruptcy claims by the Company. Bankruptcy law is not a safe haven for those that wish to avoid obligations it has agreed to, nor is it to be used as a safe haven from Human Rights Violations. Further, the Company is forbidden from self projecting any debt obligations it owes in any property forfeiture proceeding meaning the Company cannot claim property to fulfill its own debt obligations it has imposed upon itself. If the Company chooses to provide itself with Military hardware to enforce a war upon itself through one of its worldwide ports, the obligations created are the obligations of the Company and therefore cannot be imposed upon any government nor its people. Any and all damage claims are to be paid by the Company and those obligations cannot be enforced upon a Government, nor its people because the Company is the only entity that benefits from those endeavors. To reduce human life to a term of collateral damage is a human rights violation within itself. Article 16 Any Military personnel are strictly forbidden from manipulating races against races. All Indian Nations are also the people and have equal human rights as all other races. Therefore it is strictly forbidden to keep those people restricted in reservations and use their perceived status against other people to keep those people in reservations called States. All are create equal no matter their race and have equal human rights, political rights, indigenous rights and any other rights not given to an entity of their choice under political rights. 7
Article 17 Be it ordained by the authority aforesaid, That the estates, both of resident and nonresident Citizen proprietors in the said territory, dying intestate, shall descent to, and be distributed among their children, and the descendants of a deceased child, in equal parts; the descendants of a deceased child or grandchild to take the share of their deceased parent in equal parts among them: And where there shall be no children or descendants, then in equal parts to the next of kin in equal degree; and among collaterals, the children of a deceased brother or sister of the intestate shall have, in equal parts among them, their deceased parents' share; and there shall in no case be a distinction between kindred of the whole and half blood; saving, in all cases, to the widow of the intestate her third part of the real estate for life, and one third part of the personal estate; and this law relative to descents and dower, shall remain in full force. And until the governor and judges shall adopt laws as hereinafter mentioned, estates in the said territory may be devised or bequeathed by wills in writing, signed and sealed by him or her in whom the estate may be (being of full age), and attested by three witnesses; and real estates may be conveyed by lease and release, or bargain and sale, signed, sealed and delivered by the person being of full age, in whom the estate may be, and attested by two witnesses, provided such wills be duly proved, and such conveyances be acknowledged, or the execution thereof duly proved, and be recorded within one year after proper magistrates, courts, and registers shall be appointed for that purpose; and personal property may be transferred by delivery; saving, however to the peaceful inhabitants, and those who have heretofore professed themselves Citizens of one of the United States, their laws and customs now in force among them, relative to the descent and conveyance, of property. 8
