Edmond Mark Hodges offers peace instead of retaliation against the Spark Police Department and its investigators, details of the peace bond are listed in the MMIN ASMBLY document. The withdrawal of Washoe County, Nevada from the prosecution of Edmond Mark Hodges is accepted and acknowledged as a peace bond offer from the Republican and Democratic Party to the Confederation Party. 3. The Confederation Party of The United States of America, also known as these United States accepts this offer and extends a reciprocal offer of peace by withdrawing its international tort claim with the understanding and mutual agreement that the Democratic, Republican and Confederation Parties will abstain from civil or criminal litigation against each other and its members. 4. In light of these developments, the Confederation Party hereby, in good faith, withdraws its international claim of Human Rights Violations against Harry Reid, a member of the Democratic Party. 5: By the withdrawal of the Human Rights Violations against Harry Reid by the assembly of affirmed American Nationals, The Human Rights Tribunal for The United States of America is without choice but to remove the Committee Proclamation from its docket as an act of good faith by the Human Rights Tribunal that it will uphold the Peace Agreement by and between the aforesaid Political Parties. Minutes of the Meeting BE IT RESOLVED, that in the matter of Edmond Mark Hodges vs. State of Nevada Sparks Police Department, Edmond Mark Hodges proclaimed Peace by reading from the Scriptures in the minutes of the assembly: MATTITHYAHU (MATTHEW) 5:44 But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those cursing you, do good to those hating you, and pray for those insulting you and persecuting you," FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, the a motion was carried by the Affirmed American Nationals to interpret the Scripture MATTITHYAHU (MATTHEW) 5:44, as Edmond Mark Hodges proclaiming a Peace Bond, and FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that a motion was carried by the Affirmed American Nationals that the Scripture quoted by the Governor of The United States of America is issued as a Peace bond by and between the Confederation Party of these United States, and the Democratic Party and the Republican Party of the United States. 5 BE IT RESOLVED, that a motion was carried by the Affirmed American Nationals to reinstate Edmond Mark Hodges to the Office of Governor for The United States of America, with stipulations and reservations, and FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that a motion was carried by the Affirmed American Nationals that the stipulations and reservations are that Edmond Mark Hodges is not be harmed in any way by the Democratic Party and Republican Party, otherwise, removal from office will be re-instated immediately if Mark Hodges is harmed again for the protection of the Government of The United States of America from all outside hostile forces against it, and BE IT RESOLVED, the meeting for the Assembly adjourned on this 30 th day of June in the year 2014, 7:00 PM to re-convene at a future date certain. 2 Intellectual Property Copyright 2014 MMIN ASMBLY
