If a remedy does not exist, or if the remedy has been subverted, then one may create a remedy for themselves by the endowment with facts and as an endowment of credibility by expressing it in their affidavit, as a remedy is that part guaranteed, including with doctrine of last man standing. Therefore, a form of adverse possession was implemented by previous court, whereby no forms for chain of title was constructed, not proper, and failure to introduce same was denied. Now Mers by several Federal Judges has an illegal Business model, a fraud from day one.

10 This is substantive rights, whereby The State of Minnesota has failed to recognize, the issues, and has failed Jurisdiction findings. Therefore, these said, a lower threshold if any of the accusations where performed needs be held and remains lower than mala in se, whereby courts implemented a structure for Mers frauds, require vacated under the Rule. Feb 13, 2004, property by electronic mortgage registration (Mers), was reassigned First Tennessee Bank (d/b/a First Horizon Home loans), whereby First Tennessee Bank initiated foreclosure. Failure of chain of title actions under Mers is well known, and Judge Diane M Hanson (Scott County Court File 70-CV ) actions assisted the none chains to title. Thus a Motion herein to the Human Rights and a filing into Federal court or anotheer court of venue is suggested with above facts.
