2 BE IT ENACTED, by the United States, in Congress assembled, THE HARASSMENT TAX ACT OF 2016, IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED, PUBLISHED AND ACKNOWLEDGED on this 221 st day in the year of Yahweh Translated Date: October 25, 2016 SUBJECT MATTER OF THE ENACTMENT The Government of The United States of America is a sovereign entity in accordance with the Declaration of Sovereignty of October 28, The Government of The United States of America is not subject to harassing taxation demands, requests or threats of any kind from any foreign corporation, association, government, or other sovereign entity. The Government of The United States of America shall enjoy the right and freedom from harassment from any and all third party intermeddlers who attempt to impair contractual obligations by imposing unlawful and improper foreign tax obligations. Definition: The definition of harassment tax shall be described as follows: Any foreign entity, agency, association, corporation, government, who attempt to impose a foreign tax obligation upon the Government of The United States of America, by way of written communication, telephone contact, , fax or by way of process server or in person shall be guilty of the crime of harassment and taxation without representation. Any perpetrator of harassment and taxation without representation shall be subject to the police power of the General Post Master Council of the Government of The United States of America. Harassment: Harassment is defined as a constant claim of a foreign tax obligation against any documented American National after receiving notice of the American Nationals political decision. 3 REGULATIONS-PENALTIES OF THE HARASSMENT TAX ACT The Office of The Governor shall authorize any and all executive action to be initiated by grant of authority, according to the provisions of this act. The United States, in Congress assembled shall institute involuntary dissolution proceedings according to the provisions of the Involuntary Dissolution Act of 2013 when harassment and unlawful taxation has been committed against the Government of The United States of America within the metes and bounds of The United States of America. The office for the Treasury shall authorize all harassment tax remedies to be imposed upon foreign tax agencies by way of signature authorization upon the face of a court judgment which imposes such penalties. The Judicial Branch shall adopt rules to implement the applicable provisions of this act. The initial tax shall be assessed and imposed on any foreign agency when found guilty of harassment against the Government of The United States of America shall be 10, in legal tender for each count of harassment. The Government of The United States of America reserves the right to alter or amend this ENACTMENT and REGULATIONS for the exclusive purpose and in the exclusive interests of the affirmed American Nationals.
