REGULATIONS-PENALTIES OF THE ACT Regulations: Classification of the terms: last name, surname, and by name is hereby classified as a private membership association. Definitions classification: The last name, surname and or by name is a pronoun, thereby not to be defined as an adjective, or verb by non-members. Regulatory Authority: The aforementioned pronoun is a private membership association whereby membership is byway of inheritance, bloodline, and hereditary and the style of the pronoun with the intent to change its definition is notwithstanding unless re-defined by the members for specific purposes and scope for the benefit of the members.
