2 Troy Lynn Hill was kidnapped by the District of Columbia, Jim Carrey, High Priest of the Illuminati Temple of the City of Los Angeles and its City Council LAX Judicial District 13- Illuminati Religious District on or about July 22 nd, 2016, 2 A.M. Pacific Standard Rail Road Time, and Nefarious Acts Troy Lynn Hill signed a Grant Deed on , Granting the Government of The United States of America the person of Troy Lynn Hill. The Grant Deed further granted the Government of The United States of America, the persons SSN to be placed in trust so it could not be used as a weapon against Troy Lynn Hill by the District of Columbia nor any of its Judicial Districts. The Grant Deed relieves any District of Columbia territory officers of the obligations of fulfilling Title 42, code: 666 wherein does it read: (13) Recording of social security numbers in certain family matters. Procedures requiring that the social security number of (A) any applicant for a professional license, driver s license, occupational license, recreational license, or marriage license be recorded on the application; (B) any individual who is subject to a divorce decree, support order, or paternity determination or acknowledgment be placed in the records relating to the matter; and (C) any individual who has died be placed in the records relating to the death and be recorded on the death certificate. For purposes of subparagraph (A), if a State allows the use of a number other than the social security number to be used on the face of the document while the social security number is kept on file at the agency, the State shall so advise any applicants. Human Rights Compliant Driver s License Troy Lynn Hill is in possession of a Human Rights Compliant Driver s License and a Bond. There is no need to force a religion on Troy Lynn Hill or damage his conscience perpetrated by the State of California Department of Motor Vehicles to gain brownie points with the Illuminati or collect its private script to gain allegiance points with its temple priests. Cruel and unusual punishment is the result thereby a human rights violation is in effect against the Judicial District of the District of Columbia doing business in its territory at the direction of the State of California Department of Motor Vehicles. 3 Taxation without representation: The City of Los Angeles does not represent the people within its metes and bounds. Therefore it is operating as a private organization. It does not allow its residents an oath or affirmation to change their status to inhabitant and a citizen of the state. The City of Los Angeles does not allow any form of status other than a dis-enfranchised person to fulfill its obligations imposed on the residents without any voice to dispute the obligations. The City of Los Angeles cowers under the State of California when confronted with these basic human right violations and then attacks those same people when no one is looking under the cover of darkness. These actions are classic cult activities which involves satanic worship and human sacrifice activity. These types of activities are called nefarious, and therefore The City of Los Angeles cannot claim sovereign immunity from the Government of The United States of America. Nefarious acts fall under Universal law and is enforceable under customary international law under the jus cogens doctrine. Trafficking in Persons Troy Lynn Hill has claimed a Nationality and therefore, a non-citizen, non-resident alien to the United States of America. Troy Lynn Hill and all American Nationals have no affiliations nor memberships within any private membership associations within the claimed territory of the judicial districts of the District of Columbia. It has been established as part of the International Record The person of Troy Lynn Hill is under the jurisdiction of the Government of The United States of America by the consent of Troy Lynn Hill. There are not any reciprocity agreements in existence by and between the Government of The United States of America and the District of Columbia nor any of its territories or judicial districts. Therefore, any accusations against the person of Troy Lynn Hill are under the exclusive jurisdiction of the General Post Master Council for the Government of The United States of America. Any and all other attempts by all other jurisdictions to make any decision as it pertains to the future of the person of Troy Lynn Hill is an international trespass regardless of type. Therefore, the Government of The United States of America hereby openly and internationally dis-respects and condemns the actions taken and not taken by all parties involved with this RICO act against the Government of The United States of America. Slavery- Denial of Nationality and Forced Contracts Troy Lynn Hill is not the property of any of the parties listed in the above stiled case and therefore Troy Lynn Hill is free to go back to interstate commerce under order to be at liberty to engage in interstate commerce, otherwise, the international tort claim issued by the Government of The Copyright Registration Service Number: RH D TTLH Page 3 of 5

4 United States of America will be forced to exercise its following rights against the parties listed within the above stiled case: Organization of American States Charter Article 13 The political existence of the State is independent of recognition by other States. Even before being recognized, the State has the right to defend its integrity and independence, to provide for its preservation and prosperity, and consequently to organize itself as it sees fit, to legislate concerning its interests, to administer its services, and to determine the jurisdiction and competence of its courts. The exercise of these rights is limited only by the exercise of the rights of other States in accordance with international law. The States of the Union have a right to exist and be recognized. However, even if a certain religious organization does not recognize its existence, the non-recognition does not excuse the nefarious actions of another nor does it excuse its liability for those nefarious acts. ORDER It is hereby ordered that the person of Troy Lynn Hill and the corpus of Troy Lynn Hill is returned back to the Government of The United States of America. It is further ordered that any and all foreign instruments are canceled against the person of Troy Lynn Hill immediately, and The parties listed within the above stiled case are hereby ordered to cease and desist all nefarious acts and apologize to the Government of The United States of America for its transgressions committed outside of its private organization and against non-members of its organization. The UNITED STATES is involved with multiple human rights violations, engaging in blatant commercial discrimination and trafficking persons while displaying to the public that the trafficked persons are members of the UNITED STATES and obligated to the trustees and the trustees policies, statutes and procedures thereby forming a legal box of entrapment, and Therefore, under the doctrine of necessity, this grant deed shall serve to correct the following: multiple human rights violations, blatant commercial discrimination, trafficking of persons, perpetual arrest, perpetual detainment and perpetual exile as it pertains to the U.S. CITIZEN, and The UNITED STATES is in violation of Article 7 and 9 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).
