The United States, in Congress assembled shall resume the enforcement of The Land Ordinance of 1785 for the purpose of ending hostilities and clarifying the distinct lines of sovereign jurisdiction by and between interstate and intrastate commerce. 1

3 BE IT ENACTED, by the United States, in Congress assembled the LAND ORDINANCE OF 2016 IS HEREBY BROUGHT FORWARD TO THE PRESENT TIME, ACCEPTED AND ACKNOWLEDGED on the 13 th day of January REGULATIONS OF THE LAND ORDINANCE OF 2016 (1) In all cases when a dispute between interstate and intrastate commerce as it pertains to the intangible property right of the use of Public Land within the metes and bounds of The United States of America arises, the jurisdictional lines in question shall revert back to the Land Ordinance of 1785 brought forward to the Government of The United States of America and resolved under the Land Ordinance of 2016 by the General Post Master Council. The Government of The United States of America reserves the right to alter or amend this ENACTMENT and REGULATIONS for the exclusive purpose and in the exclusive interests of the affirmed American Nationals. 3
