1 NOTICE OF RECONVENE ANNUAL MEETING January 15, 2015 In accordance with the governing documents for Fox Grove (San Antonio) Homeowners Association, Inc., a Reconvene Annual Meeting of the Members of the Association has been called by the Board of Directors. This Reconvene Annual Meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on February 5, 2015 at Spectrum Association Management located at San Pedro Suite 318,. Sign-in will begin at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting will be to consider approval by the Members of the Motion to remove ALL Current Board Members made by Association Member Kimi-Lynn Murray Enclosed for your review are: 1. Reconvene Annual Meeting Agenda; 2. Proxy; 3. Absentee/Electronic Ballot; and, 4. Voting Instructions. In the event you are unable to attend the meeting, please either complete the enclosed Proxy or the Absentee/Electronic Ballot. This is an important decision and every vote counts. (the Association ) to be held on February 5, 2015 at 6:30 PM, at Spectrum Association Management LP, San Antonio, TX 78232, and/or at any reconvening or rescheduling of such meeting, to vote on a proposed Motion to Remove All Directors. 5 FOX GROVE (SAN NTONIO) VOTING INSTRUCTIONS Effective September 1, 2011, voting rights of owners in property owners associations may be cast or given: 1. In person 2. By proxy 3. By absentee ballot; or, 4. By electronic ballot. To vote in person, please arrive at the meeting by 6:30 p.m. for registration. To vote by proxy, please fill out the attached Proxy form, and then either give it to the person you name to act as your proxy holder or send it to the Association at the address set forth above. To vote by absentee or electronic ballot, use the attached Absentee/Electronic Ballot form. For absentee and electronic voting, only the official Ballot may be used. If you chose to vote absentee, fill out the Ballot completely and then mail or deliver it to the Association at the address above no later than twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled start of the meeting. If you chose to vote electronically, please fill out and sign the Ballot form and forward it by e- mail to or by fax to the Association at fax number no later than twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled start of the meeting. Please note that you may receive a receipt of the electronic transmission and receipt of your Ballot/Proxy if you vote electronically. The law now requires that all ballots be written and signed. Please make sure you sign your Ballot or Proxy. By casting your vote via absentee or electronic ballot you will forgo the opportunity to consider and vote on any action from the floor on these proposals, if a meeting is held. This means that if there are amendments to these proposals your votes will not be counted on the final vote on these measures. If you desire to retain this ability, please attend any meeting in person. You may submit

6 an absentee/electronic ballot and later choose to attend any meeting in person, in which case any in-person vote will prevail. Failure to follow these instructions will render your vote invalid.
