Communication from Chief Harbor Engineer requesting approval of transfer of funds from CWO No. 1113, the Marine Terminal on Pier T, to CWO No. 1155, the Pier E, Slip 2 Landfill, and requesting that the expenditures made to CWO No be approved and closed to all future charges. 2. Communication from Chief Harbor Engineer requesting approval of the Second Amendment to Contract with P2S Engineering for the Middle Harbor Terminal Rehabilitation, CWO No. 1197, Supplement No. 20, and a budget revision. 3.
