ORDINANCE providing for a 2016 Supplemental Appropriation (16-027) within the 2016 Operations and Maintenance Budget and Capital Budget to de-obligate $22,000 from the Sheriff s Office Roof Project (15010) and create a project to purchase Canal Blvd. generator and to replace the metal door frame to the electrical room (16027); and authorizing the Parish President to sign, execute and administer said transactions as provided for by Article VI of the Lafourche Parish Home Rule Charter. (M. GROS FOR ADMINISTRATION) 17. ORDINANCE providing for a 2016 Supplemental Appropriation (16-026) within the 2016 Operations and Maintenance Budget and Capital Outlay Budget to cover the shortfall in the Animal Shelter Fund to purchase new kennels; and authorizing the Parish President to sign, execute and administer said transactions as provided for by Article VI of the Lafourche Parish Home Rule Charter. ORDINANCE approving a cash sale between Lafourche Parish Government and Arabie Transport, LLC, for property located at Lot M, Veterans Boulevard, Subdivision of Lot 6, St. Bernard Plantation Subd. (adjacent to Heroes Park in Thibodaux) in the total amount of $169,600.00; and authorizing the Parish President to sign, execute and administer said cash sale and any and all relevant documents. (J. JONES FOR ADMINISTRATION) 21. ORDINANCE approving a cash sale between Lafourche Parish Government and Sheri S. Guillot, as trustee of the Stephen L. PROPOSED ORDINANCE requesting No Dumping of Trash - $500 Fine signs be posted from Yankee Canal Bridge (Hwy. 308) to the Texaco Tanks, Galliano, LA., Ward (10), District (9), Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana; providing for the placement of No Dumping of Trash - $500 Fine signs; and providing for penalties for the violations thereof. (D. LORRAINE) 25. PROPOSED ORDINANCE approving the attached servitude agreement between James C. Matherne and Judy B. PROPOSED ORDINANCE approving individual servitude agreements between Lafourche Parish Government and property owners as further identified herein for the acquisition of servitudes for the Westside Drainage Improvements Project in the North Lafourche area; and authorizing the Parish President to sign, execute and administer said agreements and any and all relevant documents. PROPOSED ORDINANCE providing for a 2016 Supplemental Appropriation (16-028) within the 2016 Operations and Maintenance Budget to Budget Recreation Funds that were collected prior to the consolidation of Recreational Districts 1, 2, 8 and 11; and authorizing the Parish President to sign, execute and administer said transactions as provided for by Article VI of the Lafourche Parish Home Rule Charter. RESOLUTION approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Lafourche Parish Government, the Lafourche Parish Sheriff, the Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court and the 17 th Judicial District Court for security at the Courthouse and Courthouse Annex in Thibodaux, Louisiana; and authorizing the Parish President to sign, execute and administer said agreement and any and all relevant documents. RESOLUTION accepting the low quote of Randy Landry Construction, LLC in the amount of Seventeen Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($17,900.00) for concrete work at Hero s Park; and authorizing the Parish President to sign, execute and administer an agreement and any and all relevant documents. 8 44. RESOLUTION approving Amendment No. 1 to the contract between Lafourche Parish Government and S.T.A.T. Waste Stream Services, Inc., for contract services necessary for installations, operations, maintenance, permitting and analytical testing of the Parish owned and operated bridges, buildings and community wastewater treatment facilities; and authorizing the Parish President to sign, execute and administer said amendment and any and all relevant documents. (J. JONES FOR ADMINISTRATION) 45. RESOLUTION approving Change Order No. 1 from W. J. Bloecher Company, LLC to increase the contract price and add additional days for contractor services related to street light maintenance and repair; and authorizing the Parish President to sign, execute and administer said Change Order and any and all relevant documents.
