Career/Technical Education Program Agreement WHEREAS, The Lake Local Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as LAKE), the North Canton City Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as NORTH CANTON), the Jackson Local Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as JACKSON), and the Plain Local Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as PLAIN) desire to provide Career/Technical education programs for the students of each district in the most effective and efficient manner possible, and WHEREAS, LAKE, NORTH CANTON, JACKSON, AND PLAIN desire to enter into a cooperative effort to combine their programs in order to serve students of all four districts; Page 2 of 7

3 THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, LAKE, NORTH CANTON, JACKSON and PLAIN.
