1 PUBLIC NOTICE 2019 LOCAL APPOINTMENTS LIST (Prepared in compliance with the Maddy Act) In accordance with the requirements of Government Code Section 54972, attached is an appointments list of all regular and ongoing boards, commissions, committees whose members are appointed by the Fresno County Board of Supervisors. The list contains all appointive terms which will expire during the next calendar year, with the name of the incumbent appointee, the date of appointment, the date the term expires, and the necessary qualifications for the position. The report also includes all boards, commissions, and committees whose members serve at the pleasure of the Board of Supervisors and the necessary qualifications for each position. This report is on file in the office of the Clerk to the Board, and a copy has been transmitted to the Main Branch of the Fresno County Public Library. Fresno County encourages residents to apply for positions on County boards, commissions, and committees. The Clerk to the Board maintains the membership rosters and fact sheets for all County boards, commissions, and committees and publishes this information on our website.
