2 Ciett at a glance Founded in 1967 Represents companies ( branches), employs internal staff and more than 11.5 million agency workers on a daily average (full time equivalents) and around 36 million a yearly basis (headcounts) in Europe. Only association representing the private employment services industry: - at large (brings together 49 countries) - in its diversity (uniting 7 of the largest multinational staffing companies as well as hundreds of thousands of SMEs) Recognised as such by international organisations (e.g. ILO, European Union, OECD), key stakeholders (e.g. IOE, ITUC, academic world) and national governments Represents the full spectrum of HR services: temporary agency work, recruitment, interim management, executive search, outplacement, training

A permanent Secretariat in Brussels/Belgium, comprised of 5 full-time employees A specific Ciett structure - Legal entity registered in June 2006 (ASBL or non-profit organisation according to Belgian Law) - Constitution adopted in A transparent membership fee system Significant budget ( 250,000 in 2013) Sharing best practises among members and promoting quality standards within the staffing industry Engagement in pro-active lobbying activities to educate people about the reality of our industry and to safeguard the interests of the PrES industry Supporting members in their national lobbying Specific Ciett s action plan for 2013
