Specifically my jb was t crdinate the wrk the advisry bdy f the Minister; develp plicy paper fr the Minister and the Gvernment; negtiate internatinal agreements n EU integratin; develp internal legal infrastructure f the Ministry regarding its rganizatinal structure; take part at the highest level f meetings in Brussels and Prishtina with the representatives f EU and members states; and ther duties as required t the nature f my wrk. Majr Achievements: In 2012 I was appinted by the Minister f Eurpean Integratin as key crdinatr fr the fulfillment f the s called shrt-term criteria fr pening talks n negtiating the Stabilizatin and Assciatin Agreement. This meant many talks and meetings with key gvernment sectrs such as the Ministry f Trade and Industry, Ministry f Justice, Ministry f Public Administratin, Ministry f Finance and the Ombudspersn. As e result the negtiatin f the SAA started in due time with n unnecessary delays. Chief Plicy Advisr t the Minister f Freign Affairs and Deputy Minister f Freign Affairs, Ministry f Freign Affairs f Ksv Main Respnsibilities: The Ministry f Freign Affairs f Ksv was established in 2008 after the Ksv declaratin f independence. At the time f appintment the Ministry needed t establish itself and put in peratin its activities. My jb was t advise n plicy issues regarding establishment and representatin f Ksv as a state in internatinal relatins; develpment f Ksv freign plicy; establishment f Ksv diplmatic netwrk; negtiatin f internatinal agreements n behalf f the gvernment; rganizatin f the Ministry; participatin in high level meetings in Prishtina and abrad. Majr Achievements: Under the supervisin f the Minister, I was the main crdinatr in cperatin with the USAID prject fr the structuring f the MFA which was a newly established Ministry right after the independence. As a result the Ministry started t perate at nrmal level and engage n behalf f Ksv in internatinal relatins such as establishment f Ksv embassy and cnsulates. Prepare Ksv Reprts t be represented at the UN Security Cuncil n the situatin in Ksv and be part f the Ksv delegatin in the Security Cuncil discussing the situatin in Ksv. Chief Executive Officer, Agency fr Eurpean Integratin, September 2008-January 2009 Main Respnsibilities: The rle f the Agency fr Eurpean Integratin was t crdinate all gvernment effrts and prcesses leading t Eurpean integratin. 9 this prcess is running at best in line with gvernment plicies and actins plan fr Eurpean integratin. In specific, the agency was the main crdinatr between line ministries but als between the gvernment and the Eurpean Cmmissin regarding Eurpean integratin and reprted directly t the Prime Minister. The jb invlved negtiatins, high level meetings and setting bjectives regarding relatinship between Ksv and the EU. Majr Achievements: Establishment f nrmal relatinship with the Eurpean Cmmissin and management f the first Prgress Reprt as an independent state. Organizatin f the Agency t wrk prperly in new envirnment with mre respnsibilities and accuntability. Crdinatr / manager f Master Develpment Prgram in the field f Internatinal Law, University f Prishtina and WUS Austria, Main respnsibilities: managing and crdinatin f the master develpment prgram thrugh a twinning prgram between the University f Prishtina and University f Graz and implemented by WUS Austria in Ksv in designing and establishing a master prgram in the field f internatinal law within the Faculty f Law at University f Prishtina. In this psitin, I was the key persn in crdinating the wrk and establishing links between prfessrs frm bth universities fr develping prgram curriculum and curse syllabus. The end result was the established prgram which is still in functin tday. Majr Achievements: Accreditatin f the Master LL.M. Prgram in Internatinal Law within the deadlines f the prject. Legal Educatin Assciate, American Bar Assciatin Rule f Law in Ksv, June 2008-September Main Respnsibilities: The prject f the ABA in Ksv was t supprt strengthening f the rule f law in a sciety struggling t vercme transitin f the pst-war perid and new state building. Part f the prject was t help the schl f law at University f Prishtina in refrming its curricula t the cntemprary needs in an pen and demcratic sciety. In this prject I was invlved in the develpment and implementatin f intrductin f new curses in law schl undergraduate level. These curses were legal clinics in civil and criminal law; legal English and legal methdlgy. Majr Achievements: Intrductin f legal clinics in civil and criminal law and als legal writing skill fr the students at bachelr level. Legal Cnsultant, Save the Children in Ksv, June 2007-September 2007 Main Respnsibilities: Save the Children is an rganizatin which prmtes the rights f children and its prtectin. In Ksv, they have established it s presence since after the war ended in 1999 in an envirnment where children s rights were in many cases t a certain extend ignred. In this prject I was invlved as a cnsultant fr the prmtin f legal infrastructure in the area f prtecting the rights f children. Part f my jb was t analyze the legal infrastructure and give advises n pssible imprvements in harmny with the internatinal cnventins n human rights and thse prtecting children s rights. Majr Achievements: Prductin f a reprt n the rights f children in Ksv. The reprt was presented t public authrities in Ksv in rder t use it fr imprving children s rights. Page 9 f 10

I was psitined at the Department fr Plice Educatin and Develpment since Frm 2005, after finishing law schl, I was asked t wrk as legal affairs instructr. Part f my jb was t train cadets and graduated plice fficers f their respnsibilities in a demcratic sciety in line with the law f Plice; Criminal Law, Law n Criminal Prcedure and ther legal infrastructure. The main fcus was t prtect human rights during law enfrcement.
