Gds and services prduced in an ecnmy shuld be wned publicly, and cntrlled and planned by a centralized rganizatin. Distributin shuld take place accrding t the amunt f individuals' prductin effrts Capitalism can be part f the ideal state. Scialism can exist in a capitalist sciety.
