The general intent and purpose of the Bylaw and the Official Plan will be maintained. THAT Application No. 121/11, VICTOR AND ELIZABETH LOPEZ, be APPROVED, in accordance with 1-.9\ sketch for variances # 3 & #4 above; \ THAT the Committee is of the opinion that the variances sought for the cabana's setbacks, can not be considered minor and are not desirable for the appropriate development and use of the land.
