CASE NO Appellant: DARWIN BROOKS AND LAISHASA HARRIS Request: Seeking a VARIANCE from the provisions of Section A (f) of the Deerfield Beach Land Development Code in order to allow a fast food restaurant to be located approximately 100 feet from an existing fast food restaurant within the DBR (Dixie Business/Residential) zoning district, rather than 2,500 feet as required by Code. Location: The property is described as Lot 4, MILLER ADDITION, located at 269 S. Dixie Highway. D. ADJOURNMENT Any party to a proceeding before the Special Master may appeal the decision of the Special Master by a writ of certiorari as provided by the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure.
